Tobacco and Vapes Bill

I don't want to see sweet shops selling vapes on our high streets, or any vapes that are clearly marketed at children. That's why I spoke yesterday to welcome the Tobacco and Vapes Bill in Parliament, which will not only ban the practice of marketing vapes to children, but will also create the first smoke-free generation. This legislation will ensure that children turning 15 this year can never legally buy tobacco.
